Check for the usual look-alikes: the digit 0 against the letter O, and the digit 1 against a lower-case l. Capitals don’t matter — the code works either way — and neither do spaces.

Browsers clear downloaded content sometimes, usually to free up space, and it happens more often on iPhones and iPads. Nothing is lost: enter your code again and the questions come straight back.

Your answers, scores and notes are not affected by this — they’re stored separately.

Your progress is saved on the device you studied on, not in an account — that’s what lets this work with no login and no email address. So it won’t follow you to a different phone or laptop on its own, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

To keep a copy, open Progress and choose Save my progress. That gives you a file you can store anywhere and load back at any time.

Yes. Enter the same code on the second device — one code works on all of them.

To carry your history across too: on the first device open Progress → Save my progress, then on the second open Progress → Load from a file and pick it. Loading replaces what’s on that second device, so save a copy there first if it already has work on it.

Only the first time, while the questions download. After that everything runs on your device and works with no connection at all.
